Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please e-mail us at sales@valerietylercollection.com to authorize a return within 7 days of receipt of item(s) (Only returns authorized through e-mail are eligible for return and refund) Once authorization is sent through e-mail you will be sent the return address information and have 10 calendar days to return your purchase(s) through the mail.
****Special note: Due to their one of a kind nature, and having been made just for you, CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED items are NOT eligible for return. Final clearance sale items are also not eligible for return.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of you, the customer. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, in the condition they were received and within the return window time listed above or they may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 10% of purchase price) or not be eligible for refund. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, so we highly recommend purchasing insurance and tracking with your return. Refunds will not be issued without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Allow 1-3 business days after items are returned for your refund to be processed (and be aware there may be additional time depending on your bank or credit card company terms).
Looking for your refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately there are no refunds on clearance sale items.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis
Repair/Damages
If you receive an item damaged or broken and it is our fault (so rare, I've yet to have it happen!) you will be either issued a new or repaired item or a full refund.
If your piece becomes damaged due to normal wear and tear please understand that does not give cause for a refund or replacement. Depending on the circumstances I can sometimes however repair items for a fee. (However, I do not do repairs of jewelry other than Valerie Tyler Designs)
