Stunning brass, engraved and enameled lidded pedestal bowl.
This pedestal bowl has a beautiful engraved design on the lid and along the sides of the base with red, blue and turquoise enamel accents. The lidded bowl has a very sleek form, with three pointed legs and a detailed handle on top. Lid separates from bowl so you can tuck items away inside.
Bottom is marked: INDIA 3025 M
Sizing:
Bowl diameter is 7" From bottom of feet to top of handle the bowl is about 6" tall. With lid on bowl is about 7 3/8" in diameter.
It's quite a sturdy bowl weighing just about 5 pounds.
Condition: Inside of the bowl is a silver tone metal. The rest of the bowl appears to be solid brass. There is light patina and wear appropriate for it's vintage age.
